I am Angelita Jackson, owner and operator of IHR4Solutions LLC, a human resources consulting firm that serves clients throughout Texas, Louisiana, to Oregon.  I hold an MBA along with several certifications in the public sector (IPMA SCP) and private sector (SHRM SCP).

As a human resources executive, I have worked in every facet of the profession, including executive, coach, and mentor. I advised hundreds of professionals over the course my career and have been blessed with great opportunities to learn and share my wisdom with others.

In life, my titles span from college professor, softball coach, athlete, mother, wife, and most recently minister. But I find being a college professor and leadership developer the most rewarding.

When speaking with supervisors, staff, interns and college graduates, my guidance and advice has always been:
